How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. We plan to expand internationally soon.

Do you accept returns?
We do not offer refunds at this time. However, we accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

What items are eligible for exchange?
Items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nioreluxe.co with your order number and photos. We will make it right.

Our pieces are designed to be true to size with a sculpting, body-contouring fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

How do I care for my items?
